Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause order processing delays. Your credit card will be charged immediately when your order is placed.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, or personal checks unless prior arrangements have been made. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Orders with Pre-Order Products

For orders containing pre-order products, we will make every attempt to ship all items together. Any in-stock items in the order will not ship until the pre-order products become available.

Order Acceptance Policy

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Zencopter LLC reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason or to supply less than the ordered quantity.

Other Conditions

These terms and conditions override any terms included with a purchase order. Zencopter LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and data security. When making a purchase, you provide your name, email address, billing details, and phone number. We use this information to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not store credit card details. Your information is protected using encryption and firewall technology. You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time.

Returns

We accept returns for brand-new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing support@zencopter.com with your order number. Opened but unused items may be returned with a 15% restocking fee, provided that packaging and contents are in pristine condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST will ship the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

  • Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

  • We do not guarantee estimated delivery dates provided by carriers.

Taxes

Sales tax will be collected where required by law within the United States. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes in their respective countries.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or supplier error, Zencopter LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product. If your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund for the incorrect price.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Zencopter LLC reserves the right to cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud. Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions or mismatched billing and shipping addresses.

Limitation of Liability

Zencopter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, shipping delays, or website inaccuracies. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of approval. For pre-orders, cancellations are only allowed if the item has not yet been prepared for shipment by the supplier.

Shipping Insurance Policy

Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. Zencopter LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages if insurance is declined.

Pre-Orders & Backorders Policy

Orders containing pre-order or backordered items will be held until all products are available for shipment. If separate shipping is required, customers must place individual orders.

User Account & Security Policy

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Zencopter LLC is not liable for unauthorized account access due to weak or shared passwords.

Force Majeure Clause

Zencopter LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.

Customer Responsibility for Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products purchased from Zencopter LLC in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. Zencopter LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from misuse, improper installation, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise specified, products sold by Zencopter LLC are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Zencopter LLC does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the product manufacturer.

Indemnification Clause

By purchasing from Zencopter LLC, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zencopter LLC, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
