At Zencopter, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping while ensuring transparency regarding our shipping policies. Please review the details below to understand our order processing, shipping options, and delivery guidelines.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time may be packed but might not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day.
  • In rare cases during holidays, high-volume sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take up to 2 business days.
  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Guaranteed Same-Day Dispatch

If your order is urgent and requires guaranteed same-day dispatch, please contact us via email or phone before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Next-Day Delivery Guarantee

  • For next-day delivery, customers must select UPS Next Day Air during checkout and complete their purchase by 12:00 PM CST.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or without UPS Next Day Air do not qualify for guaranteed next-day delivery.
  • While USPS Priority Mail may arrive the next day in some locations, this is not guaranteed. For time-sensitive shipments, we strongly recommend UPS Next Day Air.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Zencopter is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to address errors.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees, even if free shipping was originally selected.

Address Changes Post-Dispatch

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Liability Disclaimer

Zencopter is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

  • To protect against loss or damage, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping insurance option at checkout.
  • Customers who decline insurance assume all risk in case of lost or stolen packages.

Filing Claims

If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier or insurance provider. We can assist in providing tracking details but do not handle claims directly.

International Shipping and Customs

Customs Duties and Import Fees

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Zencopter does not collect or manage these fees and cannot alter declared item values.

Shipping Recommendations for International Orders

  • For the most reliable international shipping, we recommend DHL Express.
  • USPS First Class International is available as a budget-friendly option but:
    • Has longer delivery times (5–45 days), with most arriving within 15 days.
    • Has limited tracking and is not always reliable for international deliveries.
  • International USPS shipments are considered lost after 45 days for insurance claims.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Carrier-Calculated Rates

All shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the carrier’s rates. Zencopter does not control or modify these rates.

Free Domestic Shipping

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard domestic shipping within the United States, excluding oversized or special items.
  • Free shipping orders are usually sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Customers may upgrade to faster shipping at their own expense.

USPS Shipping Limitations

  • USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • If USPS misroutes or returns a package, it will not be re-shipped until received by Zencopter.

Backorders and Pre-Orders

We ship complete orders at once. If your order contains a backordered or pre-order item, it will not be processed until all items are in stock. If you need in-stock items shipped separately, you must place separate orders.

Carrier-Specific Policies

USPS

  • USPS does not guarantee delivery timelines, even if an estimated date is provided.
  • Packages marked "Return to Sender" will not be re-shipped until they arrive back at Zencopter.

UPS

  • Domestic UPS orders placed by 4:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.
  • UPS Next Day Air cutoff time is 2:00 PM CST (does not include Saturday delivery).
  • Orders placed on Friday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Monday.

Restricted Items

Lipo Batteries

  • Due to shipping restrictions, LiPo batteries may not be shipped outside of the United States.
  • Some domestic carriers also impose specific limitations on LiPo battery shipments.

Liquid-Containing Items

Products containing liquids cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations.

Oversized Items

  • Some larger items (frames, drone cases, etc.) may require additional shipping fees.
  • If applicable, we will contact you before processing the order.

Forwarding Address Orders

  • First-time orders using a forwarding address must be paid via PayPal.
  • Orders with a mismatched billing and shipping address may require additional verification.
  • Zencopter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages when using a forwarding service.
  • Disputes related to forwarding addresses must be handled with your forwarder.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Coverage

  • Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
  • Insurance coverage must be selected before checkout is completed.

Filing a Claim

Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance provider or shipping carrier. Zencopter does not process claims but can provide tracking details to assist in the process.

Accidental Insurance Purchase

If you accidentally add shipping insurance to your order, you may request a refund before your order is shipped. Once the order has shipped, the insurance fee is non-refundable.

Unclaimed Packages & Returned Shipments

  • Unclaimed or refused packages returned to us may be subject to a restocking fee or storage charges before re-shipment.
  • If a package is returned to Zencopter, it will not be reshipped until received at our facility.
  • Customers are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
